This Privacy Notice sets out the manner by which MyStat Solutions (“MyStat,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects and processes your personal data.
This Privacy Notice has been prepared and used as of September 17, 2025 (“Notice Date”). We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Notice from time to time to reflect changing legal requirements or our processing practices. Any such changes will be posted on this website and will be effective upon posting.
The personal information we collect and process
As of the Notice Date, the personal information we collect and process may include:
Contact information that will allow us to contact you, such as your name, company, job title, address, email address, and telephone and mobile numbers;
Professional and engagement details relevant to evaluating and providing services (e.g., role requirements, tools/tech stack, scope, schedules, notes you share with us);
Files and submissions you upload or send to us (e.g., job descriptions, statements of work, resumes/CVs, SOPs); and
Other personal information that will be necessary to assist us in providing our services to you.
Important: Please avoid sending Protected Health Information (PHI) or other sensitive data through public forms or email. If your engagement requires handling PHI or other regulated data, we will put in place appropriate agreements (e.g., BAA) and secure channels before processing.
We may also automatically collect certain information when you use our site, such as device and usage data (IP address, browser/OS, pages viewed, referral source, time on page, and links clicked) and cookies/analytics data. Engage in the use of our services, including discovery calls, interviews, or onboarding;

In some cases, we may collect data about you from third-party sources such as publicly available sources, scheduling and form processors (e.g., Calendly, FormSubmit), or business platforms you authorize us to use.

Communicating regarding your inquiries, scheduling, proposals, and service updates;

Service providers and processors that host our website, process forms and scheduling, provide analytics, communications, storage, security, and invoicing;
Professional advisors (e.g., auditors, accountants, legal counsel) under confidentiality; and
Client-directed platforms you ask us to use (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zendesk, HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, Asana, ClickUp).
Except as otherwise provided above, we do not share your personal information with any other third parties unless necessary to provide the services or when you specifically consent to such transfer or sharing. In such cases, the transfer of your personal information will be done in accordance with applicable Privacy Laws. You will be notified of such transfer or sharing when required, and we will take appropriate safeguards to ensure the integrity and protection of the personal information being transferred.
In the event of a business transaction (e.g., merger, acquisition, or asset sale), your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to continued confidentiality and protection requirements.
Retention
We will delete or anonymize your personal data when it is no longer reasonably required for the above purposes or when you withdraw your consent (where applicable), provided that we are not legally required or otherwise permitted to continue to hold such data. We may retain your personal data for an additional period to the extent we deem it necessary to comply with regulatory compliance requirements or to assert or defend legal claims during any relevant retention period.
International transfers
We operate in the United States and may collaborate with specialists and vendors in other countries (including the Philippines). Your information may be transferred and processed outside your country of residence. Right to Data Portability: Where technically feasible, you may obtain a copy of your personal data in an electronic or structured format commonly used and suitable for further use.
